Looking for history...

I've now put together a drawing of the die-cut parts for the Yeoman Mite, and have just finished creating a copy of the assembly plans. But, ideally, I need a history of the Yeoman name before I can put the whole set on my new plans site (which should start to go live in the new year).

AFAICT, the boat was originally a Hammersmith Models one, distributed by AA Hales, who then later started distributing under the Yeoman name. But this is a guess, and I would dearly like to find someone who knows.....
